Dripping Pitch ist ein West Coast IPA, seit 2019 im Programm und heute als Saisonbier geführt. Amarillo, Citra und Columbus sorgen für ein kräftiges Hopfenaroma mit Zitrusfrucht und deren Schale, am Gaumen kommt eine harzige Note dazu. Pale Malt und Wiener Malz halten die Basis schlank und trocken, sodass der Hopfen vorn bleibt. Das Bier wirkt frisch und klar statt weich und schließt mit einer sauberen, deutlichen Bittere.
