A bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The beer presents a vibrant, sun-lit appearance characteristic of New England-style IPAs, with active carbonation visible throughout.

The nose leads with pronounced citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit—layered with juicy melon and a subtle tropical pineapple undertone. The Edelhopfen character is bright and fresh, with a soft, fruity sweetness that balances the assertive hop profile without any harsh or resinous edge.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is soft and approachable, with the fruity-sweet malt foundation providing immediate balance against 80 IBUs of well-integrated bitterness. Mid-palate layers citrus and melon flavors with a juicy, full-bodied texture; the alcohol warmth (8.4% ABV) remains subtle and well-concealed, contributing to the smooth, drinkable character.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering citrus bitterness and a refreshing quality that invites another sip. The aftertaste remains hoppy and bright without becoming harsh or lingering excessively.
