Dippity Do presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine white head that settles into persistent lacing around the glass. The carbonation is brisk and even, supporting a steady stream of small bubbles that maintain the beer's visual liveliness throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with clean citrus and herbal hop notes, characteristic of noble Edelhopfen varieties, with subtle floral undertones. A light malty foundation emerges beneath, offering minimal grain sweetness and allowing the hoppy character to remain the primary driver of the aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a balanced bitterness that sits comfortably at 60 IBUs, neither aggressive nor timid. A crisp, farm-fresh quality dominates the mid-palate, where light malty sweetness and fruity undertones provide gentle counterpoint to the dry, herbal finish of the hops.
