Light golden hue with pronounced haze throughout the body, characteristic of the New England IPA style. A thick, creamy head forms on the pour with excellent retention and fine lacing that clings to the glass. Bright carbonation creates an inviting, pillowy visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit—layered with stone fruit character, particularly peach and apricot. Tropical fruit notes of melon and passionfruit emerge in the mid-range, supported by subtle herbal undertones from the Edelhopfen blend. Clean fermentation allows the hop character to shine without significant yeast-derived esters.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with juicy citrus and stone fruit, immediately delivering the promised peach and melon character that builds through the mid-palate. The mouthfeel is remarkably soft and creamy despite the 8.2% alcohol, which remains well-integrated and unobtrusive. Moderate bitterness (80 IBU) provides structure without harshness, finishing with a subtle sweetness that balances the hop-forward profile.

◑ Abgang

The finish is clean and moderately long, with lingering citrus and peach notes fading gradually into a pleasant, slightly dry conclusion. The soft mouthfeel persists through the aftertaste, leaving a refreshing impression that invites another sip.
