Pale golden with a hazy, opaque quality typical of the New England style. The unfiltered character creates a soft, diffuse appearance with light scattering throughout. A thick, creamy head forms and clings to the glass with good retention, leaving fine lacing on the walls.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical stone fruits—pineapple and mango dominate, backed by strawberry notes that add sweetness and brightness. Behind the fruit sits a resinous, herbal hop presence from the Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, and Topaz blend, with subtle hints of melon adding complexity. A soft, clean yeast character supports the whole, allowing the fruit and hop character to take center stage.

Entry is soft and juicy, with the tropical fruit character translating smoothly to the palate—pineapple and mango lead, followed by subtle strawberry sweetness. Mid-palate develops a balanced, resinous hop bitterness that integrates seamlessly rather than asserting itself harshly; the 45 IBU sits comfortably beneath the fruit. The finish is dry without astringency, with lingering fruit notes and a light herbal quality.
