Pale golden-yellow with a distinctly hazy, opaque character from suspended yeast and grain proteins. The dense, creamy white head forms readily and clings to the glass with visible lacing, indicating good protein and carbonation structure. The unfiltered presentation is characteristic of the New England IPA style.

◌ Aroma

Tropical and stone fruit aromatics dominate the nose, with guava and mango leading, followed by grapefruit citrus notes. A light resinous undertone adds subtle complexity and hop character. The malt base provides a soft, pillowy sweetness that rounds the overall impression without competing with the hop-driven bouquet.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with the promised tropical fruit character, with mango and guava notes carrying through the mid-palate. Orange citrus adds brightness and definition. The oats and wheat contribute a silky, full mouthfeel with barely perceptible bitterness at 35 IBU, allowing the hop fruitiness to remain the focus rather than harsh iso-alpha acids.

Clean and medium in length, with the fruity character fading gracefully into a soft, slightly dry aftertaste. No harsh edge or lingering resin dominates; instead, the finish leaves a refreshing impression typical of the style.
