◎ Aussehen

Braskadi displays a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation evident throughout the glass. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with persistent lacing, indicating good protein structure and proper conditioning. The beer's pale colour reflects its restrained malt bill, allowing the hop character to dominate visually as well as on the palate.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced citrus and tropical fruit notes—grapefruit zest, lime, and hints of stone fruit—driven by quality noble hops. Behind the hop aromatics sits a clean, understated malt backbone with subtle pale grain undertones. The overall profile is fresh and inviting, with no yeast esters or off-notes detracting from the hop showcase.

◐ Geschmack

The palate strikes an exemplary balance between hop bitterness and restraint. Entry presents immediate citrus and stone fruit flavours layered over a dry, crisp malt platform. Mid-palate develops a measured 60 IBU bitterness that integrates cleanly without harshness, while the finish remains refreshingly dry and hop-inflected.

The finish is clean and lingering, with citrus and tropical notes persisting gently on the palate. Moderate carbonation provides a crisp farewell that invites another sip.
