Clear golden amber with excellent brilliance and a pale white head that settles to a fine collar. The carbonation is brisk and persistent, with steady streams of small bubbles rising through the body. Schaumhaftung is firm, leaving delicate lacing down the glass.

◌ Aroma

Pacific Northwest hops dominate the nose, delivering bright citrus notes of grapefruit and orange zest alongside pronounced tropical fruit—pineapple and passion fruit. A subtle herbal and piney undertone emerges beneath the fruit, while the Malz foundation remains clean and restrained, allowing the Edelhopfen character to lead without woody or resinous heaviness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with crisp citrus bite and tropical fruit sweetness that carries through the mid-palate with balanced intensity. A clean, measured bitterness builds in the center and extends steadily across the finish—sixty IBU present as integrated backbone rather than sharp attack. The malt remains transparent and slightly sweet, providing just enough foundation for the hop profile without competing for attention.

The finish is dry and persistent, with lingering citrus and a gentle herbal complexity that fades over several minutes. The aftertaste remains refreshing and crisp, with no astringent or harsh edges.
