Bianca presents a pale straw-gold color with a distinctly hazy, turbid body characteristic of the witbier style. A generous white head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine, persistent lacing. The haziness speaks to the suspended wheat and yeast, creating a soft, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately bright with Sicilian mandarin citrus—sharp, slightly bitter orange zest dominates the profile. Soft wheat grain undertones provide body, while delicate floral and subtle spice notes emerge as the beer opens. The overall impression is fresh and herbaceous, with no heavy phenolic or clove-driven yeast character.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and light, the wheat delivering a clean, slightly grainy smoothness. Mid-palate shows the Ciaculli mandarin peel in full relief—a juicy citric bite that remains refreshing rather than cloying. Bitterness is restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the fruit and grain to interact without harsh edges; a gentle spice and herbal quality lingers.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and snappy, with mandarin brightness fading into a whisper-soft grain sweetness. A brief, cooling aftertaste leaves the palate cleansed and ready for another sip.
