Pale golden haze with a bright, luminous quality characteristic of the witbier style. A thick white head forms and persists nicely, indicating proper carbonation and wheat protein content. Crystal-clear visibility through the beer reveals active carbonation and excellent clarity for a wheat ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright hallabong citrus notes, enhanced by classic witbier aromatics of coriander and clove. Soft banana esters from the yeast provide a pleasant fruity undertone, while a gentle herbaceous quality rounds out the profile without overwhelming the delicate island citrus character.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing with a light, pillowy wheat body that feels effortless on the palate. Mid-palate develops subtle hallabong citrus notes with complementary spice and herbal notes from coriander and clove, maintaining excellent balance without any astringency. Bitterness is minimal at 11 IBU, allowing the fruit and spice to shine through harmoniously.

Clean and dry finish with bright carbonation that tingles pleasantly on the tongue. The hallabong citrus lingers briefly before fading, leaving only a refreshing, dry aftertaste that invites another sip.
