The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit—mango and passionfruit dominate, supported by a sharp citrus edge from the Mosaic, Amarillo and Galaxy hop combination. Beneath the fruit sits a subtle resinous undercurrent that signals the beer's bittering character without overwhelming the brighter aromatics.

◐ Geschmack

The palate mirrors the aroma's tropical profile on entry, with distinct stone fruit and citrus notes moving across the tongue. The mid-palate develops a pronounced resinous, herbal bitterness that builds steadily, while a restrained malt sweetness threads underneath to anchor the structure and prevent harshness.

A long, lingering bitter finish dominated by the resinous hop character carries through the aftertaste. The malt foundation prevents the conclusion from turning astringent, leaving a clean, dry surface on the palate.
