Snow Report pours a luminous golden hue with a light haze that sits naturally in the glass. The head forms with moderate density and displays fine Schaumhaftung that persists through the tasting. Carbonation appears lively but restrained, appropriate to the saison's medium body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh stone fruit — ripe melon and green apple dominate the initial impression. Beneath these notes, local wildflower honey emerges with subtle suggestions of pear and candied orange peel. The saison yeast contributes a distinctive peppery, clove-like spice that lifts the aromatics without masking the delicate fruit and floral character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with the promised stone fruit and apple character, carried on a medium body that feels clean and well-structured. Honey sweetness emerges mid-palate, balancing the light Hallertau and Saaz hopping (28 IBU), which contributes restrained bitterness and herbal finesse rather than aggression. The yeast-derived spice and pear notes weave through, creating complexity without heaviness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is fairly dry with a gentle warmth from the 8.6% ABV that fades smoothly. A lingering peppery spice and subtle orange peel dryness mark the aftertaste, inviting another sip.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
