◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and lively carbonation. A substantial white head forms on the pour with good retention and fine lacing that clings to the glass as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

Vibrant citrus character dominates, with distinct orange and grapefruit notes from the Cascade and Calypso hops. Supporting layers of pine and a subtle toasted grain backdrop round out a brisk, inviting nose with no rough edges.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and hoppy, with immediate citrus and bitter qualities that develop across the mid-palate. The blend of five noble hops builds a layered bitterness that remains bold without harshness, balanced by a dry, crisp malt base that prevents any sweetness from lingering.

◑ Abgang

Dry and refreshing with a lingering bitter bite that gradually fades. The aftertaste carries orange notes and piney resin for several moments.
