◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with bright clarity and fine, persistent white head that leaves crisp lacing on the glass. Effervescence is brisk and well-defined, suggesting proper carbonation and fresh conditioning. The beer presents the clean, translucent character typical of West Coast IPAs.

◌ Aroma

Centennial and Chinook hops deliver a distinctive two-part nose: prominent pine resin and woody notes underpin bright citrus, particularly grapefruit and orange zest. The malt backbone is restrained, allowing hop aromatics to dominate without any cooked grain or yeast esters. Fresh, herbal, and assertively bitter on the nose.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and crisp, with balanced bitterness arriving early on the palate. Mid-palate develops layered hop character—piney wood mingles with citrus pulp—while a subtle malt sweetness provides structure without heaviness. The firm bitterness persists through the middle, never harsh, finishing with dry, resinous notes that emphasize hop character over grain.

Dry and lingering, with residual pine and grapefruit bitterness that extends cleanly into the aftertaste. Leaves the palate refreshed rather than coated, inviting another sip.
