Kosciuszko Brewing Company was set up in April 2009 by brewer Chuck Hahn as a 600-litre brewhouse inside the Banjo Paterson Inn in Jindabyne, on the edge of the Snowy Mountains, and takes its name from Mount Kosciuszko, the country's highest peak. The pub still pours its pale ale straight from the tanks one floor below the bar, with occasional small batches alongside. Packaged beer was first brewed in Sydney from 2011; the national supply now comes from a larger Lion brewery there. The company belongs to Lion and so to the Kirin group.
Drawn from the one beer of theirs in the catalogue.
Only one beer from this brewery is in the catalogue, so there's nothing recurring to read yet. The beer's own flavour profile is on its page — a brewery signature needs at least two.
