🌍 Australia · Pale Ale · One of 175 Pale Ales in hopIQ

Kosciuszko Pale Ale is the brewery's original beer, a 4.5 per cent Australian pale ale brewed on the small plant in Jindabyne for the pub and in Sydney for national sale. Pale and Munich malts form the base, hopped with Galaxy and Pride of Ringwood. It pours a slightly hazy gold under an off-white head. The nose shows tropical fruit, rockmelon and citrus zest over sweet, bready malt with a hint of green apple; the palate is medium-bodied with a light honey note and ends dry, with a gentle, balanced bitterness.

How to get the most out of Kosciuszko Pale Ale

Serve at 7–10°C
Refrigerate, then rest 2 min

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
