Straw-coloured with a light haze that sits pleasantly in the glass, suggesting an unfiltered or lightly filtered approach. The carbonation is moderate and steady, supporting a fine head that dissipates with gentle lacing. The body reads as clean and inviting despite the soft turbidity.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit and lemon peel—lifted by the Amarillo and Willamette hops, while Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin push passionfruit and stone fruit notes forward. Beneath these sits a soft, biscuity malt foundation from the pale and Munich base, with no harsh alcohol or yeast character intruding. The aromatic profile stays fresh and cleanly defined.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and quenching, with the malted wheat providing a smooth, almost delicate mouthfeel rather than body. Mid-palate develops tropical and citrus complexity from the hop selection, while a biscuity, bready undertone grounds the flavour. Bitterness arrives restrained and drying—19 IBU keeps it secondary—leaving a clean, refreshing drying sensation on the palate rather than sharpness.

The finish closes clean and dry, with the citrus notes fading smoothly and the wheat character dissolving without residual sweetness. Aftertaste is crisp and brief, inviting another sip rather than lingering.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
