Founded in 2010 by brothers Marco and Massimo Zorzettig — inspired by the agricultural traditions of their grandfather Pietro and father Livio. An agricultural craft brewery with 14 hectares of own barley and 2 hectares of own wheat in San Pietro al Natisone, where Monte Mia spring water provides the ideal brewing ingredient. 100% renewable energy. All beers top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurised. The wind-rose series (Nord/Est/Sud/Ovest) plus Italian Grape Ales (Ribò, Grecale) and barrel-aged Barley Wine. BIBENDA Brewery of the Year (Italian Sommelier Association). 3,000 hl/year.
