Amber-gold with a persistent off-white head; the nose is complex with vinous fruit, wild funk, subtle oak and earthy tones that recall the grape's terroir. On the palate a pleasant sourness from the grape sugars interplays with the malt base, finishing dry and intriguingly complex. One of Italy's finest expressions of the IGA style.
