🌍 Italy · Italian Grape Ale · One of 6 Italian Grape Ales in hopIQ

Ca' del Brado's wildly fermented Italian Grape Ale brewed with Pignoletto must — the native Bolognese white grape from the Colli Bolognesi hills. Hazy gold with an orange tint and very little head; the nose is funky and complex with wild yeast earthiness, sour grape must, hints of oak and a vinous fruitiness. The palate is dry and tannic with a pleasant sourness from mixed fermentation, gentle carbonation and a long, complex finish. Italy's wild ale tradition meeting its wine heritage.
