Fierce Beer
Fierce Beer was started in Aberdeen by Dave Grant and David McHardy, who left jobs in the oil and gas industry after meeting on a brewing course. The company was set up in 2015; the production brewery in the Dyce district made its first commercial brew in May 2016 and moved to larger premises there in 2022. The year-round range covers IPA, hazy IPA, lager and stout, joined by frequent limited releases and a yearly series of barrel-aged imperial stouts. Fierce also sells a line of flavoured coolers and runs bars in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
