◐ Taste

The palate is full-bodied and malty, with a pronounced yet refined bitterness that emerges early and carries through the mid-palate without overwhelming. The Pilsner and Munich malt foundation delivers a bready, slightly grainy character that sits comfortably at the core. A crisp, clean finish on the tongue balances the sweetness, and the noble hop character adds a subtle spicy complexity that prevents any cloying sensation.
