Kanec 11 Hořký is an amber lager of medium fullness with a dense head, and bitterness is its signature. Higher hopping with the Czech varieties Agnus, Sládek and Žatecký poloraný červeňák gives a bitterness that stays pleasantly on the tongue long after each sip. Bavarian and Czech malts form the base, and the name Hořký simply means bitter. It is brewed in the castle brewery in Břeclav.
