Kanec 12 Premium has a deep colour, a dense white head and a balanced taste with a gentle crispness. It follows the old Czech recipe of decoction on two mashes and uses only domestic ingredients: Pilsner and Munich malts, Sládek and Žatecký poloraný červeňák hops. It ferments in open vessels and then rests in lager tanks for eight to ten weeks.
