Tundra
Tundra is a hazy IPA in the New England manner at 5.6 per cent, dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Sabro. Grapefruit and pineapple lead, backed by a wider impression of ripe tropical fruit. Pale malt, wheat and oats give a soft, creamy body. At 30 IBU the bitterness sits low for the strength and leaves the hop fruit as the main impression from start to finish.
