Mass Ave presents a luminous, deep straw-yellow hue with a hazy, turbid clarity that catches light beautifully. The beer displays a full, creamy head with fine foam structure that clings to the glass. The suspension of yeast creates a veil-like appearance characteristic of the style, while lively carbonation animates the body.

◌ Aroma

The dry-hop profile from Mosaic dominates the nose with unmistakable tropical and citrus notes. Aromas of juicy pineapple rings, dried mango, pulpy orange juice, and grapefruit zest layer together in a complex, fruit-forward bouquet. A subtle herbal undertone of fresh-cut grass emerges beneath the fruity intensity.

The palate enters soft and full-bodied, with the fruit character carrying cleanly across a juicy mid-section that echoes the aromatic profile. Citrus and tropical stone fruit persist through the center, building gentle structure without harshness.
