◎ Appearance

Hazy golden-amber body with a soft, diffuse quality from aggressive dry-hopping. The head forms quickly but settles to a thin, delicate collar. Fine carbonation sits throughout, lending a gentle sparkle beneath the opaque surface.

◌ Aroma

Bright berry and stone fruit dominate the nose, with ripe peach and green grape taking the lead. Noble hop character weaves through without sharpness—floral and slightly herbal notes emerge beneath the fruit. Clean fermentation background allows the hop profile to project fully.

◐ Taste

Soft-bodied entry belies the intensity of the hopping rate, with peach and blueberry arriving upfront. Mid-palate remains juicy and full, balancing fruity sweetness against restrained bitterness that never dominates. The finish is dry yet smooth, with lingering grape and stone-fruit notes.

◑ Finish

Clean and moderately lengthy, with berry and grape hanging gently on the palate. At eight percent, the alcohol integrates seamlessly, leaving no warming sensation or alcohol sharpness.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
