A bright golden-amber body with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with good lacing. The carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, lending a gentle effervescence without aggression. The light color—consistent with the 8 SRM specification—suggests restraint in kilning and an emphasis on the delicate character of the oat base.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and tangerine notes from the Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria hops, layered with a clean, slightly herbal hop character. Underneath, the oat foundation contributes a soft, almost creamy grain impression—absent the typical heavy biscuit or toast notes found in barley-based pale ales. The overall aromatic profile is clean and refreshing, with no off-notes or phenolic stress.

The palate opens with a smooth, almost silky mouthfeel courtesy of the oat adjunct, immediately offset by moderate bittering and citrus hop flavor. Mid-palate reveals orange and grapefruit notes, balanced against a gentle, non-astringent grain sweetness.
