The Day We Floated presents a hazy, sun-kissed golden amber that catches light with an inviting glow. A soft, pillowy white head forms and persists across the glass with gentle lacing. The haziness speaks to unfiltered character, while fine carbonation works quietly beneath the surface.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens into ripe tropical territory—mango and tangerine lead, with juicy stone fruit and peach following in close succession. Beneath this fruit-forward character sits a cushion of doughy, approachable malt that grounds the composition. A light citrus zest and herbal undertone add complexity without demanding attention.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and almost weightless, allowing waves of mango, peach, and tangerine to roll across the palate with clarity. Mid-palate reveals a refined bitterness—present and articulate, but never aggressive or sharp. The finish tapers cleanly into resinous, piney notes with a whisper of drying resin on the back palate.

A clean, moderately lingering finish carries the peach and citrus into the aftertaste, fading gracefully into dry resin and a subtle pine note. No harshness or astringency intrudes.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
