The head forms quickly with fine carbonation, laying down delicate lacing as it recedes. Body appears medium-light, with excellent visual clarity despite the characteristic haze of the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright grape and white stone fruit — peach and melon — alongside zesty lemon, creating a distinctly vinous character unusual for double IPAs. Noble hop varieties contribute white florals and citrus oils without aggressive resin, while a subtle sweetness from fermentation reminds of fresh juice. The overall impression is aromatic and inviting rather than piney or herbal.

Entry brings bright pineapple and peach, with the stone fruit notes quickly softening into grape and melon as mid-palate develops. A creamy mouthfeel — unusual for a double IPA — carries these fruit flavors while moderate bitterness provides balance without dominating. The finish turns crisp and dry, with noble hop bitterness resolving cleanly rather than lingering aggressively.
