A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with visible lacing. The carbonation is lively and even, creating a steady stream of bubbles that sustains the foam structure throughout the tasting experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright stone fruit—ripe peach and raspberry—followed by waves of tropical passion fruit and a whisper of coconut from the dry hop charge. Beneath the aromatics sits a subtle sweetness reminiscent of boiled sweets and cream, grounding the composition without obscuring the herb and citrus peel undertones.

◐ Taste

The palate enters soft and pillowy, with a rounded malt base that delivers notes of candied fruit and vanilla warmth. Midway through, the dry hop intensity emerges with peach, passionfruit, and coconut layering across the tongue, while a gentle citrus peel bitterness builds steadily. The finish remains dry and bright, with the alcohol at 8% providing sufficient presence to carry the complexity without aggression.

The aftertaste persists with a clean, dry impression and lingering notes of peach and citrus. The bitterness fades gracefully, leaving behind a whisper of tropical fruit and a slight mineral quality that encourages another sip.
