Pale golden in color with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The beer displays lively carbonation appropriate to the style, creating a visually inviting pour that promises a refreshing experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit and tropical citrus—peach rings and caramelized pineapple notes dominate, followed by sweet Valencia orange character. Beneath lies a subtle mineral edge of pine resin and grapefruit zest that prevents the profile from becoming purely fruity, adding complexity and balance.

◐ Taste

Entry is soft and pillowy thanks to oats and lactose, creating a full-bodied mouthfeel that belies the modest ABV. Mid-palate reveals layered citrus and stone fruit character with enough dry pine bite and gentle bitterness to maintain refreshment without cloying sweetness. The creamy texture persists throughout without obscuring a crisp, hoppy finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering peach and citrus notes fading gracefully alongside residual pine resin. A slight sweet caramel undertone persists, inviting another sip rather than demanding one.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
