A vibrant hazy gold with substantial turbidity from suspended yeast and protein. The head is dense and persistent, clinging to the glass walls with fine Schaumkleiden. Bright carbonation animates the body without aggression, maintaining a luminous, inviting visual presence throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with distinct white wine character — Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer notes create a vinous, elegant backdrop. Tropical stone fruits (pineapple, peach) and bright citrus (lemon zest, orange blossom) interweave with grassy, herbal hop notes. The blend avoids pure hop intensity, instead presenting a refined, aromatic complexity that feels more winery than brewery.

◐ Taste

The entry is soft and creamy despite 8.5% ABV, with silky mouthfeel that immediately sets this beer apart from typical aggressive double IPAs. Mid-palate unfolds layers of orange, pineapple, and grassy hop character, balanced by moderate bitterness that frames rather than dominates. The Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer juice adds a dry, vinous quality that lifts the perception of body without heaviness.

The aftertaste remains crisp and persistent, with lingering citrus and a gentle hoppy dryness that never becomes harsh. White wine tannins and herbal notes fade slowly, leaving the palate clean and refreshed.
