The nose opens with distinct white wine character — Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer notes create a vinous, elegant backdrop. Tropical stone fruits (pineapple, peach) and bright citrus (lemon zest, orange blossom) interweave with grassy, herbal hop notes. The blend avoids pure hop intensity, instead presenting a refined, aromatic complexity that feels more winery than brewery.

The entry is soft and creamy despite 8.5% ABV, with silky mouthfeel that immediately sets this beer apart from typical aggressive double IPAs.
