Wonder, Excitement And... Wonder

Tap to rate

Wonder, Excitement And... Wonder is a 6% stout built on thirteen different malts – the most complex grist the brewery had put together when the beer launched in late 2020. Naked oats, roasted rye, pale chocolate malt and double-roasted crystal are among them. It pours very dark and tastes rich, with roasted coffee and chocolate notes over a deep malt character, and drinks smooth for its strength. A barrel-aged edition with vanilla and cacao nibs appeared alongside it in 100 wax-dipped bottles.
