Hazy golden-yellow with a soft, translucent quality typical of the New England style. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with moderate persistence. Fine carbonation creates a gentle, rolling texture in the body.

The New Zealand hop character dominates with bright peach and stone fruit notes alongside tropical fruit aromatics—mango and passionfruit are evident. A citrus thread runs through, fresh and clean, with subtle background notes of pale malz providing gentle sweetness without obstruction.

Entry is juicy and approachable with immediate peach and tropical fruit flavors. The mid-palate maintains this fruity intensity while the bitterness—moderate at 45 IBU—sits balanced rather than assertive, integrating cleanly into the overall profile. The body feels full-rounded without heaviness, and a subtle crispness cuts through the sweetness.

The finish lingers gently with fading stone fruit and citrus notes, clean and refreshing. Aftertaste remains dry and approachable, without astringency.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
