Mr Underhill
Mr Underhill is a golden pale ale hopped with New Zealand varieties, and at 6.3% it is strong for the style – well above the session-strength pale ales that make up much of the brewery's range. Citrus and gooseberry lead the flavour, and the fruit sits on a full body that carries the alcohol. It first went on tap at the Plymouth taproom in autumn 2025.
