◌ Aroma

The nose leads with fresh cherry fruit, bright and direct without cloying sweetness. The overall aromatic profile is clean and refreshing, with no heavy malt or hop presence.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and dry, with the sourness establishing itself immediately across the palate. Cherry flavors develop in the mid-palate, lending subtle fruit character without dominating the profile. The malt presence remains light and supportive, allowing the interplay between fruit acidity and soft wheat character to define the drinking experience. Bitterness is negligible, consistent with the low IBU rating.
