◎ Appearance

Deep brown to black in color, displaying the opaque density typical of the stout style. The head forms dense and persistent, with fine carbonation visible as tiny bubbles rising through the liquid. Lacing clings to the glass with notable adhesion, suggesting adequate protein and foam-positive compounds from the dark Malz.

◌ Aroma

Coffee notes dominate the nose, presenting roasted and slightly earthy characteristics with mild acidity. Secondary malt aromas emerge as cocoa and dark chocolate, grounded by the mineral and grain-forward undertones of deeply kilned malt. Noble hops remain restrained, contributing only faint herbal and spice accents that do not compete with the coffee-forward profile.
