St Philips
St Philips takes its name from the Bristol neighbourhood where the brewery stands; the beer was formerly sold simply as Stout. It is rich and full-bodied at 5 %, led by roasted coffee and dark chocolate with a hint of molasses, smooth on the palate and dry at the end. Under its earlier name it won gold in its class and overall silver at the SIBA South West awards in 2017, and bronze among kegged stouts and porters in 2025. It comes in cans, on cask and in keg.
