◎ Appearance

Pale golden colour with bright clarity and fine carbonation evident throughout. A dense, persistent head forms on the pour and clings to the glass with tight lacing as the beer descends. The overall presentation is clean and inviting, with active bubbles rising steadily.

◌ Aroma

Assertive hop character dominates the nose, with pronounced citrus and pine notes leading the charge. Beneath the aggressive top notes lie subtle orange zest and floral undertones, with just enough malt backbone to balance the intensity. No apparent yeast-derived esters or phenolics compete with the hop-forward profile.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with full-bodied malt sweetness that quickly yields to a cascade of bitter, resinous hop flavours. Citrus and pine persist through the mid-palate alongside subtle fruity notes, with the alcohol warmth becoming increasingly apparent as the beer warms. The finish turns distinctly dry, with bitterness extending well into the aftertaste.

◑ Finish

Long and dry, with hop bitterness and subtle orange peel lingering persistently. The alcohol heat adds weight to the conclusion without becoming harsh or unbalanced.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
