Eternal Hoppiness

Tap to rate

Eternal Hoppiness is a punchy IPA that Moor first released for a special occasion; its name picks up that of the older Hoppiness. Mosaic and Columbus come first on the palate and are joined by Citra and Amarillo, which together give a tropical aroma. A clear hop bitterness rounds it off. At 5.8 % it is a little lighter than its namesake. It is poured on draught and also filled into cans.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
