Relax West Coast presents a bright, golden hue with excellent clarity and brilliance. The beer pours with a white, voluminous head that settles into fine lacing around the glass. Carbonation appears well-integrated, with steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant citrus notes of passion fruit and grapefruit zest, characteristic of the Mosaic and Amarillo hops. A secondary layer of pine needles and resinous, herbal character emerges, grounded by subtle pale malt undertones. The clean California yeast allows the hop expression to remain crisp and well-defined.

◐ Taste

The palate is lean and structured, with a crisp malt backbone that supports rather than dominates the hop profile. Bitterness enters noticeably mid-palate—a measured sixty IBUs that feels substantial without overwhelming. Citrus and pine flavors persist through the center, with the wheat contributing a subtle dry texture.

◑ Finish

The finish is decidedly dry, with lingering bitterness and herbal notes that fade gradually. The aftertaste leaves a clean, resinous impression without harshness, inviting another sip.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
