The nose leads with roasted grain and dark chocolate, grounded by a subtle coffee note. Secondary aromas of caramel sweetness and dried dark fruit emerge beneath, with a faint toasty grain character adding complexity. The overall impression is rich yet balanced, without any harsh roasted edges.

The palate opens with full-bodied chocolate and roasted malt character, followed by caramel sweetness that integrates smoothly with the grain. Coffee notes develop mid-palate alongside subtle dark fruit complexity. Bitterness remains restrained at 30 IBU, allowing the malt-forward profile to dominate while maintaining definition and preventing cloying sweetness.
