Ocean Mist presents a pale, hazy golden appearance with suspended yeast creating a soft, cloudy veil throughout the glass. The head is modest and evanescent, leaving delicate patches of lacing on the walls. Fine carbonation rises steadily through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright citrus—predominantly lemon and grapefruit—complemented by stone fruit notes of ripe peach and mango that add warmth and roundness. A gentle herbaceous undertone from noble hops sits in the background, without aggressive bite.

◐ Taste

The palate opens soft and creamy, with minimal malt structure allowing the fruit-forward hop character to shine. Citrus flavours—particularly lemon and lime—provide sustained brightness across the mid-palate, while the 50 IBU bitterness remains restrained and well-integrated. The low alcohol allows easy drinking without warming the finish.

The finish is clean and dry, with lingering citrus notes of lemon and lime gradually fading to a subtle herbaceous echo. No harsh bitterness or astringency remains.
