Cliff Edge
Cliff Edge is a copper-hued beer, fruity, intense and zesty: citrus and pine in the aroma, tropical fruit and spice on the palate, then a bitter, mouth-watering zing that lingers. Simcoe, Cascade and Eukanot, three American hops, sit on pale, crystal and wheat malt. The name comes from the Yesnaby cliffs, a few miles south of the brewery and a memorable coastal walk. Gold in the cask pale ale class at SIBA Scotland 2022.

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
