◎ Appearance

Hazy gold beneath a white, persistent head. The haziness runs substantial through the body, characteristic of the style, while carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated. Head retention is stable, with fine Schaumkleiden clinging to the glass walls.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced juicy melon and pithy grapefruit, supported by a subtle cut-grass note that adds herbaceous complexity. Beneath these hop-driven aromatics sits a biscuity Malz foundation, grounding the profile without asserting dominance.

◐ Taste

Passionfruit leads the palate attack, followed swiftly by peach and apricot that bring stone-fruit sweetness without cloying. Citrus threads through the mid-palate, while the hop character persists as a faint, leafy undertone. The mouthfeel remains soft and approachable for the strength, finishing clean with lingering hop complexity.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and brief, fading with a faint hop character that echoes the aroma without asserting bitterness. No lingering sweetness or harshness remains.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
