◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with a notably hazy, opaque character that sits distinctly turbid in the glass. A fine white head forms readily and maintains good Schaumhaftung throughout the pour. The cloudiness derives from suspension through yeast and grain proteins, characteristic of the hazy IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—tangerine and grapefruit dominate from the Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic trio—supported by herbaceous pine and delicate floral undertones. Beneath the hop character lies a soft, grainy Malz backdrop from the oats and wheat, adding warmth without obscuring the aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is juicy and full-bodied despite the sub-1% ABV, with oats and wheat providing a creamy, smooth mouthfeel. Mid-palate carries forward the citrus and pine notes from the aroma, building into a clean, moderately assertive bitterness at 50 IBU that reads neither harsh nor meek. Finish is crisp and balanced, with lingering hop character and a drying quality.

◑ Finish

Medium-length finish with gentle hop bitterness and a light drying sensation. The aftertaste holds traces of grapefruit and pine without becoming astringent.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
