A brewery devoted entirely to non-alcoholic beer, founded in 2017 by Bill Shufelt and John Walker. They began test-brewing in Stratford, Connecticut, working through more than a hundred batches on homebrew equipment before building a brewery around the process. Production now runs on two coasts: Milford, Connecticut, and San Diego, California, where the 2021 expansion took the site to 200,000 barrels of capacity. The beers are brewed without alcohol from the outset rather than dealcoholised afterwards. The company is a certified B Corporation and gives two percent of sales to trail restoration.
