Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with delicate lacing. The abundant carbonation manifests in steady, fine bubbles that sustain throughout the pour and drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright fruit esters—pear and orchard apple—underscored by soft honeyed notes and a candied orange character. Aromatic noble hops layer a gentle floral quality with restrained spice, creating a balanced and inviting bouquet that avoids heaviness.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and malty, with the Belgian yeast's fruity signature dominating the mid-palate. Honey and stone fruit notes weave through a soft, honeyed sweetness, while the low bitterness allows the malt foundation to shine without astringency. The palate remains crisp and balanced, never cloying.

◑ Finish

The finish is warm and gently sweet, with lingering orchard fruit and honeyed notes rather than dryness. A pleasant, moderate length that leaves the mouth refreshed without harsh aftertaste.

Serve at 7–10°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The wide mouth and heavy base promote head formation and channel rich aromatics toward the nose. Traditional for Belgian strong ales.
