The overall impression is bright and inviting, characteristic of the Belgian Golden Ale style.

The nose leads with delicate fruity esters—stone fruit and subtle citrus—layered over a pronounced spicy phenolic character from the yeast that recalls clove and white pepper. Underneath lies a soft honey sweetness from the malt, with gentle floral notes that add complexity without overwhelming. A faint alcoholic warmth rounds out the bouquet.

The palate opens with a smooth, refined sweetness—honeyed Malz notes blend seamlessly with stone fruit and orange character.
